Vans Snowboarding Celebrates Dillon Ojo’s Legacy with Commemorative Hi-Standard OG Boot
From the Vans desk:
Vans donates $25k to the Dillon Ojo Lifeline Foundation which provides opportunities for underprivileged youth
No matter if he was on or off his snowboard, Dillon Ojo was hard to miss. His infectious personality, wide smile, love of community and amazing feats of skill left an impact on fans, friends, and family alike. Today, the Montreal native’s impact is still felt through the Dillon Ojo Lifeline Foundation, a charitable organization that gives underprivileged youth opportunities to pursue sporting programs and attend camps/events that they may otherwise not have access to.
Ojo was — and still is — a key member of the Vans Snowboarding family as well, so Vans Snowboarding is both honoring his memory and supporting the foundation named after him with a special edition of the Hi-Standard OG Boot.

The Vans Snowboarding Dillon Ojo Hi-Standard OG is dressed in a mix of earthy brown and black, with pops of sandy pink on the midfoot’s Jazz Stripe and other branded accents for extra flavor. This color scheme was inspired by a special pair of Vans Customs that Ojo designed for himself, which themselves were inspired by Neapolitan ice cream — his favorite ice cream flavor. For a further nod to Ojo’s legacy, the Dillion Ojo Lifeline Foundation’s handprint graphic is emblazoned on the lateral heel.
These boots don’t just pay homage to Ojo through their looks: they’re packed with all the potent tech that a snowboarder of his caliber requires for dialed airs and silky-smooth railslides. There’s a V1 ULTRACUSH™ liner that works with a V1 POPCUSH™ footbed for comfort, energy return and cushioning, an aggressive reverse V1 Waffle Lug outsole for all-conditions grip, an Instep Flex Zone and PleasureCuff™ that work together to keep riders’ ankles and calves supported but not stiff and new Heat Retention 360° tech to keep toes toasty.
“This is more than just a project honoring our friend. It’s the manifestation and culmination of the friendships that are at the core of our snowboarding culture. Ojo forever and ever,” said Cole Navin, Ojo’s close friend and a fellow Vans Snowboarding team member.
The Vans Snowboarding Dillon Ojo Hi-Standard OG is available now at vans.com and is priced at $199.99 USD. To learn more about the Dillon Ojo Lifeline Foundation’s mission, visit dillonojo.org.
