Laura Rogoski is releasing a new zine titled Mental this Friday night, August 20, featuring tips, tricks, exercises, jokes, and art, and stories from Jesse Paul, Marie Hucal and Blake Geis. The zine is designed to help as a recovery guide for anyone dealing with physical or emotional pain.

Mental's release is part of a greater art show - "We're All Fucking Mental" - that night at Alpine Gardens in Silverthorne, Colorado featuring art from Gill Montgomery, Tucker Speer, Laura, John Garoutte, Desiree Melancon, Dave Doman, David Daisy, and Chip Proulx. Proceeds from the event will benefit Building Hope Summit County.
