We left Nelson, BC, towards the end of March for the five-day drive to Alaska. We’d planned to try and pull off another glacier mission with the airplane, but relentless storms had us searching for plans that didn’t need a perfect weather window. This year, the goal was simple — spend as much time on our snowboards as possible — and I think we did a good job of that. We camped on the side of the road for over a month, chasing breaks in the weather. Then, just days before my birthday, we got the best surprise I could have imagined: two open seats for the last day of the heli-boarding season. Sometimes it pays to be in the right place at the right time. Every shot was filmed by Inaki and me (Worm). We took turns flying the drone and kept the Sony cameras buried in our packs, no matter what we were riding. This summer, I edited the film to the best of my abilities — all that to say, this is a low-key project made with a lot of heart. Your likes, subscribes, shares, and views mean the world to us. Cheers to keeping the dream alive. Much love-Worm Thank you to Jones Snowboards for supporting this project.
