On Friday August 19th 2022, Darrah Reid-McLean battled Kaleah Opal in the head to head elimination of the first round of the 2022 Game Of Big SNOW presented by Dakine at Big Snow American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ. Despite a debacle at the airport with her luggage Darrah showed up at Big Snow ready to ride. Unfortunately her tech approach with tricks like switch frontside board slides and switch front board someways proved too inconsistent to score. In turn Kaleah's solid strategy of stomping backside 50-50 180 outs and back lips on the downbeat kept Darrah on defense and left her exiting the brackets early. Kaleah advances to face Iris Pham in the quarterfinals of the 2022 Game Of Big SNOW presented by Dakine.
